  • 2 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cut into 1/2-inch pieces

  • 1 cup peeled and chopped apples
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

  • 1 cup coconut milk

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
