  • 6 large eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • 3 teaspoons kosher salt (cut in half if using fine salt)

  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 ½ cups heavy cream
  • ½ cup melted butter, divided

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a rimmed baking sheet with a silicone pad. Place an 8x11-inch baking dish on the pad.
