  • 1 (9 inch) deep dish pie crust
  • 3 vine-ripened tomatoes

  • ¼ cup chopped green bell pepper
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

  • 3 slices bacon
