  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 2 tablespoons orange zest
  • 1 egg
  • 1 ¼ cups grated carrots
  • 2 ⅔ cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
