  • 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 (12 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • ¾ cup shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onion, or to taste (Optional)
