  • 1 large Vidalia or sweet onion, peeled and cut into large wedges
  • 2 tablespoons softened butter
  • 1 teaspoon beef bouillon granules
  • 1 pinch garlic salt and pepper to taste

  • Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat.
