  • 1 baguette, cut into 1/2-inch slices
  • ½ cup roasted peanuts
  • ½ cup raisins
  • ½ cup chopped pecans
  • ½ cup candied pineapple (Optional)
  • 3 ounces crumbled cotija cheese
  • 1 tablespoon multi-colored sprinkles, or to taste
