  • 2 cups baby potatoes
  • 1 large Roma tomato, chopped
  • 1 pinch saffron (Optional)
  • 9 ounces boneless firm-fleshed white fish, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 9 ounces uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
