  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • ¾ cup unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons boiling water
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 cups quick cooking oats
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup white sugar
