  • 5 tablespoons white sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
  • ⅔ cup fresh orange juice

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 10 inch Bundt pan. In a medium bowl, combine the apples, 5 tablespoons sugar and cinnamon. Set aside.
