  • 2 pounds Brussels sprouts, trimmed and scored
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 bunches green onions, chopped
  • 1 cup seedless red grapes, halved
  • 4 tablespoons butter
