  • ¾ cup vegetable oil
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • ⅔ cup cocoa powder
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • ¼ cup confectioners' sugar
