  • 2 medium carrots, julienned
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 ¼ cups water, divided

  • 1 tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ¼ cup cornstarch
  • 4 cups hot cooked rice
