  • 2 cubes beef bouillon
  • ⅛ teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 cup red wine
  • 6 medium potatoes, cubed
  • 6 medium carrots, chopped
  • 6 stalks celery, chopped
  • 2 cups pearl onions
