  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 ½ pounds flank steak
