  • 1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ½ cup white wine
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges
  • 4 sprigs fresh parsley
