  • ⅓ cup brown rice
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • ¼ teaspoon dried thyme
  • ¼ teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 4 chicken thighs with skin and bones
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
