  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano, or more to taste
  • 2 cubes chicken bouillon, or more to taste
  • 1 (8 ounce) package shredded Monterey Jack cheese
