  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 ½ pounds frozen medium shrimp, thawed
  • 8 ounces cooked ham, diced
  • 1 teaspoon spicy seasoned salt (such as Lawry's®)
  • ½ teaspoon garlic salt
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 quart heavy whipping cream
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese

  • Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook angel hair in the boiling water, stirring occasionally until tender yet firm to the bite, 4 to 5 minutes. Drain.
