  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano

  • ⅛ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup uncooked long-grain white rice
