  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • ¾ cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 ½ pounds boneless beef round or sirloin steak, cut into thin strips

  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
