  • 1 (8 ounce) package herb-seasoned dry bread stuffing mix

  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cups chopped apples
  • ½ cup chopped pecans
  • 2 cups apple juice
  • 3 eggs, beaten
