  • Preheat an air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Combine pork, water chestnuts, mushrooms, sesame oil, soy sauce, and Sriracha in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir until pork is crumbly and no longer pink, about 6 minutes. Remove from heat and let sit until cool enough to handle, about 5 minutes.
