Spicy Korean Pork Stir Fry

Ingredients

For the Marinated Pork:

  • 1 pound pork tenderloin, thinly sliced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons gochujang (Korean chili paste)

Instructions

Marinate the Pork

In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, gochujang, brown sugar, garlic, sesame oil, and ginger. Add the sliced pork and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
